Kombucha Moscow Mule

Ingredients
- 3 ounces ginger kombucha
- 1 ounce vodka
- ⅓ ounce blueberry syrup, recipe below
Directions
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled highball glass with ice. Garnish with lime wedge.
Makes 1 cocktail
Blueberry Syrup

Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries
- ¼ cup agave
- ¾ cup water
Directions
Place all ingredients in a saute pan and bring to a simmer. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until the blueberries burst and the mixture thickens into a syrup. Remove from heat, strain liquid and cool completely before serving.
