Fernet Champagne Flip

  • 1.5 oz champagne
  • 1 oz Fernet Branca
  • 1 oz sweet Vermouth
  • 1 oz ginger liqueur
  • 2 dashes spiced bitters (I love Buttermilk no 4)
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 lemon twist, for garnish
  • 1 spring of mint, for garnish


Pour Champagne in cocktail glass. Dry shake the fernet branca, sweet vermouth, ginger liqueur, bitters and egg white. Strain over Champagne. Garnish with lemon twist and mint.




Makes 1 cocktail.
