Chocolate-Dripped Dried Fruit

- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 6 oz assorted dried fruit
- shredded coconut, for garnish
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small saucepan with a double boiler, melt the chocolate .
Once chocolate is fully melted, remove from heat. Dip fruit about half way into the chocolate letting the excess drip off. Place onto prepared baking sheet and garnish with coconut.
Refrigerate, uncovered, until chocolate is set, about 30 minutes.
