- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 3 tablespoons cold milk
In a food processor, combine shredded cheese, butter, flour, salt, onion powder and garlic salt and pulse until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
Add milk and pulse until the mixture resembles dough.
Divide the dough into two logs. Wrap in saran wrap and put in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Roll out the dough and cut into squares. Place squares on parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15-17 minutes. Crackers are done when they are a light golden brown.
