It is not always easy working from home with kiddos close by and an ongoing to do list that seems to never end. So at the start of this year I decided it was time to design a space that would become a creative sanctuary for me and my assistant Tory. A beautiful workspace was exactly what we created on my recent collaboration with interior designer Kristin Alber. Kristin helped us to fashion my office that feels elevated, elegant and highly personal. Check out the photos below and the brands we were lucky to collaborate with!

You are an inspiration! After we moved into our new house last October I managed to get rid of the old Persian rugs. Now you show me that rugs can be modern and really are able to add something special to a room.
Though we have five kitties and still I wonder how to manage to have a rug without furry topping, I start to consider getting one similar to yours. Thanks for your great blog!
